No, WelcoMe is entirely website-based. There's nothing to download or install—just visit the site from any device with a web browser and you're good to go.

Head to key.wel-co.me and create your profile. It takes about two minutes. You'll add the access preferences that matter to you, and you're ready to share them with venues when you book.

Not at present, but we're actively exploring adding additional languages. If there's a language you'd particularly like to see, let us know—it helps us prioritise.

Yes, please do! If there's a venue you'd love to see on WelcoMe, fill out our contact form and let us know which venue and why. The more customers ask for a venue, the more likely they are to join.

The venue receives only the access preferences you've chosen to share—nothing more. Their staff can then prepare ahead of time, so barriers are removed before your interaction begins—whether that's an in-person visit, a phone call, or a video appointment.

Your data is encrypted, stored securely in the UK, and shared only with venues you explicitly choose. We never sell your data. You can update or delete everything at any time.

Absolutely not. You share access preferences, not medical information. "I need step-free access" or "I prefer a quiet table" is enough—you never have to explain why.

Anytime. Your access preferences may change, and your WelcoMe Key changes with you. Update your profile once and all future bookings reflect your current preferences.
