WelcoMe is changing

WelcoMe is changing and we are making improvements to the platform. We are improving where you can access the tools, user accessibility and on what devices you can use the tool.

It reads WelcoMe is changing. Meet the most accessible WelcoMe yet

Our name is WelcoMe

Known to some as “Neatebox”, with WelcoMe’s upcoming changes and rebranding, we’d like to take this opportunity to highlight how to best refer to the tool and the brand - WelcoMe (pronounced “welcome”).

Thank you for ensuring that your future communications about the tool call the solution by its name - WelcoMe.

WelcoMe is a web-based tool

WelcoMe is now primarily a web-based solution.

WelcoMe’s app on iOS and Android still exists, but venues and users can now most easily access WelcoMe via web-browsers, wherever they are, from whatever device. It is the most accessible WelcoMe yet.

The introduction of a web service for users means that you can share your needs using WelcoMe online instead of only within the apps. You can plan and book visits from the comfort of their own homes on any device, prior to visiting your venue.

For WelcoMe venues, this means that you can add direct links to WelcoMe and your WelcoMe profile within your website to improve the user journey for all your customers or visitors. WelcoMe venues also have a new and improved dashboard.

New Accessibility

So why the change? We are improving how the tool works, building a more secure network, improving our accessibility and future ability to integrate with the venue's websites, communications and systems going forward.
