Do I have to share my diagnosis or condition?
No. You can share access requirements without ever mentioning a condition. "I need step-free access" is enough—you don't have to explain why.
What if a venue doesn't use WelcoMe?
You can suggest venues you'd like to see on WelcoMe. We'll reach out to them. The more customers ask, the more venues join.
Can I update my requirements?
Anytime. Access needs change—your WelcoMe Key changes with you. Update once, and future bookings reflect your current requirements.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted, stored in the UK, and shared only with venues you explicitly choose. We never sell data. You can delete everything anytime.
