How does pricing work?

What training content is included?

Every plan includes our Core disability awareness module and Assistance Dogs module. Starter adds 1 Focused module, Professional adds 3, Enterprise gets all 5 (Mobility Barriers, Communication Barriers, Information Barriers, Environmental Barriers, Invisible Barriers). Condition-specific content from our Layer 3 library is available at every tier — it's triggered automatically when a customer with specific requirements shares their WelcoMe Key.

What integrations are included?

Pre-built connectors for Spektrix, Appointedd, and BOOKIT are included at every tier. Enterprise customers also get custom API access for bespoke integrations.

Is there a free trial?

What happens if I need more venues?

What's the difference between permanent staff and event-day staff?

Our standard plans cover your permanent, regular team. If you have large numbers of temporary, casual, or event-day staff (match-day stewards, festival volunteers, etc.), we scope that separately in a bespoke package with rapid briefing tools designed for those situations.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Upgrade any time and we'll pro-rate. If you need to downgrade, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
