Brand and press
Everything you need to use the WelcoMe name and logo correctly. If you are writing about us, working with us or adding WelcoMe to your own pages, start here.
About WelcoMe
WelcoMe lets venues know a disabled visitor is coming, and what will make the visit work, before they arrive. Visitors share their access preferences once. The venue's staff receive a Visitor Briefing and are ready to welcome them. WelcoMe is used by venues, councils and transport operators across the UK. Find out more at wel-co.me.
Our logo
Our logo changes handwriting halfway through. The first half is the venue. The second half, βmeβ, is the person walking in. It is custom artwork, so always use the files on this page. Please do not retype it or set the name in a script font.
Rose
For white and light backgrounds.
White
For dark backgrounds and photographs.
Ink
For single-colour printing.
Using the logo
- Keep clear space around the logo equal to the height of the capital W. The files already include it.
- Minimum size: 120px wide on screen, 30mm in print.
- Use the rose logo only on light backgrounds, never on dark ones.
- Do not recolour, stretch, outline, add effects to, or crop the logo, including the flourish at the end.
- In writing, our name is WelcoMe, with a capital M.
- Printing large? For signage, banners or anything bigger than A3, email hello@wel-co.me first and we will send you the right files.
Trade marks
The WelcoMe logo and Wel-co.me are registered UK trade marks. If you use our logo, please follow our Brand Use Terms for Partners. For anything they do not cover, email hello@wel-co.me.
